Exterior Design

A Craftsman style building scheme is appropriate for the Kirschner Mountain development.  This style will allow the residential buildings to best integrate within and compliment the natural characteristics and mature woodland setting of this area. While an overall design unity is called for, diversity and individual identity are encouraged though the use of architectural massing and detailing.

Each building must have a minimum of three (3) dominant exterior craftsman features as approved by the consultant.
